Modern Slavery Statement
Elsie Grace Photography is committed to preventing any form of modern slavery, servitude, human trafficking or forced labour in our business activities and supply chains. We are committed to acting fairly, ethically, and with integrity in all business dealings and to putting effective systems in place to ensure we are alert to any risks to human rights in our business and our supply chain.
Elsie Grace trading as Elsie Grace Photography is a sole trader business dealing in photographic image production and editing. The business is based in Hampshire but has dealings across the UK. This business was founded in 2019 and is not expecting to expand in the next three years.
As a sole trader with no employers the office and general business offers no risk in this area.
Our key suppliers are UK based and all have Anti-Slavery policies in place which enables Elsie Grace Photography to be confident of their integrity and their working practices. We have a good working relationship with our suppliers and will strive to maintain these relationships to ensure that slavery does not exist in our business or supply chain. The Studio will endeavour to choose this security over price considerations and will share on request full details of which suppliers will be used for any particular commission.
Elsie Grace Photography will continue to monitor our supply chain to ensure that our suppliers are both cognisant and compliant with the Modern Slavery Act.
Even though a sole trader with just one employee, Elsie Grace Photography has several policies in place to promote good practice in our suppliers and our customers.
Elsie Grace Photography has a Social Responsibility Statement to explain and expand on the Studio’s commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.
This Modern Slavery Statement has been written by the trading business owner and Managing Director Elsie Grace in May 2019.
